The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a 200 MW grid-connected Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at an estimated investment cost of approximately USD 120 million. The development will include the installation of solar PV panels mounted on fixed or tracking structures with a maximum height of approximately three (3) metres above ground level.

Electricity generated from the solar panels will be converted and transmitted through underground cables to the nearby Pensulo Substation for evacuation into the national electricity grid. Supporting infrastructure will include inverter stations, an on-site substation, internal access roads, stormwater drainage systems, water supply infrastructure, perimeter fencing, and ancillary buildings for operations, maintenance, administration, and security.
