Project Objectives The project’s overall objective is to create a mixed-use urban development area that will empower citizens with affordable plots and realise a decent return on investment for the owners. Project Location The project site is located in the Copperbelt Province in Kitwe District, Kawama Township in Kawama Ward. The site is 117.56 hectares in extent and is adjacent to the Kafue River in the North-East direction and Kamatipa Stream in the North-West direction. The site is approximately 6.1km off the Kitwe – Chingola Road North of Chimwemwe Township and 3km east of Garneton Township – approximately 15 km north of Kitwe CBD.
