The Environmental and Social Impact Assessment discusses the proposal to subdivide 21.3423 hectares of land into various pieces of land earmarked for construction of houses, clinic, a school and recreation activities by Zambia National Building Society. This housing project will be on subdivision of stand no. Balmol/LN 9501/565 in Chilanga district, Lusaka Province. The primary goal is sale of serviced plots to interested parties. The Number of plots will be 124 high and medium costs. The categories of these plots are;
