ZEMA BOARD APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR GENERAL
The Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Godfrey Mwiinga as the Agency’s new Director General.
Mr. Mwiinga who has over 20 years of work experience, brings a wealth of experience to the Agency having served in several leadership capacities in private and public sectors locally and abroad.
He brings practical experience in environmental management, strategic and advanced project management, finance and credit skills, business strategy implementation, supply chain management and anti-corruption compliance and governance.
The Board of Directors is confident that Mr. Mwiinga will build on the solid foundation laid by his predecessors, drive the Agency’s mandate and steer its strategic direction towards sustainable environmental management and protection.

I’m from livingstone aged 27, leading a group who are currently on baobab tree plantation program, we started the project own our own looking at the climate changes. Baobab tree plantation project will be producing baobabs which will be sold to local markets and countrywide if attended to, I’m 100% sure that the project will be excellent and if considered we will be able to plant these trees half of the country within two years that is if you step in as well,, we are 43 people, 23 females and 20 males… , we seek help from you..
